Where is Delta 9 THCp Legal in the USA?

Delta 9 THCp, aka tetrahydrocannabiphorol, is the most intoxicating cannabinoid in all of hemp, being about 10 times as intoxicating as delta 9 THC.  And, given that, you might assume it’s illegal, as “regular” THC, which has a fraction of THCp’s intoxicating effects, is the most heavily restricted cannabinoid in the United States.  But, the legality of THCp is surprising, as you’re about to find out.
